Day 1 | Mumbai
Arrival in Mumbai, Maharastra. Your private driver will pick you up. We can adjust the program according to the time of your arrival.
Explore early morning with your guide one the gigantic openair laudromat called dhobi ghat and see the experts at work. Drive down to Dharavi and begin your walk in of one the biggest slum in the world. Discover an unknown world with a wide range of professions from aluminium and plastic re-cyclists to leather makers, potters and uttapam cooks. Visit also the community center and the residential area (80% of the profits of this tour goes back to the community to support local education programs) Back in Colaba see Victoria Station and Gateway of India. Visit the famousTaj Mahal Hotel and get a drink on the rooftop facing the sea.
Day 2 | Mumbai - Ellora
Visit the crawford market this morning before taking your flight. It is one of the city's largest wholesale fruit, vegetable, and meat markets and the first building in India to get electricity!
Your driver will pick you up on arrival in Aurangabad. If time allows, visit the Bibi ka Maqbara, a Taj Mahal replica for Aurangzeb’s wife. Reach your hotel in the vicinity of the Ellora caves.

Day 4 | Ellora- Mumbai
Get up early to visit both Ellora and Ajanta caves. These World Heritage Site-listed cave temples are the epitome of ancient Indian rock-cut architecture. The 34 Hindu, Jain and Buddhist caves carved in the volcanic rocks at Ellora are among the finest architecture in India. Spend the entire day here and enjoy the landscape, architecture and marvellous sculptures.

Day 5 | Mumbai - Goa
Today catch a morning train to Goa and experience the Indian way of life on board. Our driver will take you to your coach and you will drive all the way down to Goa. Experience slow travelling, watch the landscapes change and make local encounters. Arrive in the evening in Margao, Goa.
At the train station, meet your new driver who will accompany you until the end of your trip. He will take you to your hotel along the northern coast of Goa.

Day 6 | North Goa - Old Goa
This morning take some time to explore Goa’s flora and fauna, mangroves and serene parts of the ocean - in a more responsible way. Start around the mouth of the Morjim river, where the water meets the Arabian Sea. This spot is full of history and scenic views.Then go further up the river to experience the mangroves on your kayak.
Visit old Goa in the afternoon and admire the rich cultural heritage of this former Portuguese colony. Discover beautiful churches and basilica. Reach your bungalow in South Goa.
Enjoy a beautiful sunset on a secret beach with few people around.
Day 7 | Palolem
Stay at the beach OR go after breakfast for a offbeat canyoning experience in the jungles of Goa. Reach the National park nearby and hike for an hour amidst jungle before starting your descent in the canyon discovered by a French adventurer: jumps and abseils for a life time adventure.
You will be back at your bungalow late afternoon.

Day 8 | Goa - Badami

Leave after breakfast to Badami, the ancient capital of the South Indian Kingdom of the Chalukyas situated near a beautiful red sandstone ridge in North Karnataka.
In the afternoon you will visit its famous troglodytic temples. These temples, over thirteen centuries old, have been carved out of the hills of red sandstone surrounding Badami. These architectural splendours were inspirational for many architectural and sculpting traditions that followed.

Day 9 | Badami - Hampi

Drive to the lost kingdom of Hampi. Hampi is a Unesco World Heritage Site, it boasts the evocative ruins of Vijayanagar or the “City of Victory”. It is the former capital of the Vijayanagar empire that rose to conquer the entire south in the 14th century and one of the most fascinating site in the country!
It is an extraordinary site of desolate temples, compounds, stables and pleasure baths, surrounded by a stunning boulder-strewn landscape.Take a peak into the royal complex at Sunset. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 10 | Hampi
The day is dedicated to the visit of the ruins. The site, which comprises the Sacred and Royal Centres, has a superb location, with rocky ridges and granite boulders acting as natural defences. The urban core of the city was fortified and separated from the Sacred Centre by an irrigated valley through which ancient canals and waterways still run. Take your time to explore the Hampi attractions on a bicycle or simply by walking around. Virtually every rock in Hampi has a story to tell and this story is best heard if you allow time for walking amongst the Hampi boulders.

Day 11 | Hampi - Hassan

You have a long day of driving ahead. You leave Hampi in the morning for Mysore and stop in Hassan along the way for the night. You visit nearby the exquisite temples of Halebid and Bellur. The construction of the temple was completed over a period of more than 100 years. One look at the temple and you will marvel at the intricate stone works.Overnight at your hotel.
Day 12 | Hassan - Mysore
2-3h drive (120 km)
In the morning, drive to Mysore the "city of Palaces" and a verdant city known for its jasmine and sandalwood as well as for its splendid palaces. On the way you go visit the stunning Somnathpur Temple, one of the gem of the Hoysala architecture. In Mysore, join a late afternoon guided tour in the heart of the city. As you walk by some grand old structures, unfold the story of Mysore. Learn about the opulent lives of the Maharajas and how one of the richest men on the planet lived. Explore a century old market and immerse yourself in the vibrancy and colours. Go on with a food tour that will spoil you with the wide variety options Mysore has to offer. Overnight at your hotel.
Day 13 | Mysore
Of all the places to visit in Mysore, no attraction is more glamorous and popular than the stunning, borderline gaudy Indo-Saracenic Mysore Palace. The city is also a thriving centre for the production of premium silk, sandalwood and incense. Why not pay a visit to the colourful and vibrant Mysore market located near the palace and admire the incense process. You will need to practice your bargaining skills!
If you’re after some yoga practice, Mysore is the place to be, pay a visit to Sri Pattabhi Jois and his Mysore-style ashtanga yoga practice.
